At the moment I do not have anything in-depth or fabulous to share.
Life here in Bangor is becoming, well, life, I suppose! Its good. Somedays its hard to believe that I am being paid to hang out with these guys and be able to share in this life together with them. I am definitely a blessed woman.
On another note, something I've been noticing since moving here is that I usually have 1 warm hand(left) and 1 cold hand(right). Very odd. I don't think this happened before coming here, or maybe it did and I just didn't notice. Usually it was my feet that were cold and some lucky soul(who was sitting on the couch)would have the priveledge of sitting in them to warm them up! Body heat warms them faster than slippers any day!
What am I disliking today? Wearing longjohns!!! Because I don't currently own a vehicle, I walk to the church everyday(takes me about 10 minutes). Since winter has decided to actually hit here, I have found myself wearing longjohns almost daily. I'm tired of wearing them.
Remember the little rhyme about rain that you used to say when you were a kid. Today, I've taken to updating it about winter:
Winter, Winter, go away
Come again...for a week next year....then GO AWAY AGAIN!!!!!
I never said my updated version was good!! ;)

Haha...Yeah I am ready for spring! Counting down the days until it comes. And at times I hope that God will want to change the climate or something and give us a 90 degree day....I think he is working on it....lol.

i HATE LONG-JOHNS TOO DENISE!!!
and sometimes i decide not to wear them when i go outside. NOT A GOOD IDEA!

Seriously... I have braved the cold before just so I would have to wear long johns... what is this world coming to??
