my break that is. Yep, its hard to believe that 2 weeks has flown by so quickly.
There were great times...
-surprising my mom and the kiddies
-getting to know Kim and her family more
-receiving a haircut! I know it sounds weird, but I love haircuts - they are SO refreshing!
-my long car chat with David(who would be happy to know that I also had one with Becky!)
-Christmas dinner the way I know and love it!
-Reading the Christmas story with Brooklyn and helping to teach her what Christmas is really about.
There were not so great times...
-falling back into the way life used to be, normal and mundane. My life has not been normal or mundane in months! Why did I allow coming home to hinder that?
-learning from this break that I know where God wants me - I don't really know geographics, but that He doesn't want me here for the time being.
-there are others that I'm not willing to share publicly at the moment, but will share with some of you who read this!
I am ready to get back to Vancouver. I am happy there. Happier than I have been in a long, long time. I miss it. I miss my friends and hanging out, I miss chatting with random strangers on the streets, I miss meeting new people everyday(I have not met one new person since being back in TO). I miss...everything about it! Yes, I am looking forward to going home.
Tomorrow I am hanging out with my sweet roommate, Crystal(and hopefully Katie if we can get a hold of her!). We are headed downtown to see some sites and have some fun...I'll take some pictures of our journey for you all to see.
Until next time...
Blessings.

Although we haven't met I can tell you have an Army connection. You're profile caught my eye after I came into it from Kathy's page. I noticed a reference to Keith Green. I was just searching his ministry's site last week because I know Keith and Melody wrote some tracks based on their research of the Army. What amazes me is Keith died in the early 80's at the age of 26 and he's still impacting the world! Don't ever compromise; Life never has to be mundane if we just do the next little thing God tells us to do.
Dee! I see you've just met Sherrill! Yes, we're all Army chicks! Dee. . . i'm so proud of you and I'm thrilled that you have just thrived at the War College!!! I live vicariously through you, girl!! I bet you didn't know that, eh?! oh, but you do!
Happy new year, hon. . . say 'hi' to the Whites and to Stephen for me.
Kat, you can live vicariously through me any day!! =) I love Vancouver - it was the best decision made in a long, long time...Praise God!
oh good!!! living vicariously. . . so that means i'm going back with you to Vancouver?! LOL.
