blogable moments

*sigh* So many bloggable moments - and I can't remember them all! I seriously need to start writing these down!!!!! And yes, I realize that I have written 'blogable' 2 different ways - how the heck do you spell it?

Lets see what I can remember from this week....

1. Street Combat on Tuesday night - Went with Darren. I like going with Darren. We met two guys - the first being Richard who sells things on the sidewalk...everything for 50 cents. He tried to sell us a tiny little koala that clips onto your lapel!!! ha! Apparently(according to Darren) you can get a bag of those in Aussieland for 50 cents! We didn't buy anything, but we did find out that Richard is a believer. He told us which hotel he lives at and he took Darren's number. Hopefully we'll be able to get him out to a cell next week.

We also met Ted(whom I met the night before at ReCre8...our coffee bar). Ted was so much more open than he was on Monday night. He seemed to have drive and vision and he even got a job! YEAH TED! He went to cell on Wednesday night with my friend Robin, and apparently he enjoyed himself, although I haven't been able to speak a whole lot with him since then. Maybe I'll stop by ReCre8 tonight to get an indepth analysis on how it went. Ted also let me pray with him on Tuesday night, which was cool. It was the first time he had ever prayed. That was sweet.

2. Thursday night. After kneedrill(prayer meeting) a few of us went to Darren's house just to hang out. We were just chillin' when Darren passes Rebekah and I these papers...they are forms for a greycup contest that is being put on by a local gas station. You can win vip passes for you and 10 friends! We filled out exactly 79 entry forms with only 4 names!! Is that dishonest?? Maybe we'll win, maybe we won't.

3. Today...we had an open air at pigeon park as we do every friday. I was talking with a guy named Larry. Larry told me that he wanted to meet Craig. He seemed to be drawn to Craig the whole time we were chatting, so I told him we could call him over. We did. Craig came and Larry hit on him!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah, he's gay. It was pretty funny stuff.

Hmmm....that's about it for now, I think. I'm headed to my friend Robin's for dinner and a movie tonight - I'm excited.

Blessings.
