I received an e-mail yesterday regarding where my accomidations for the coming year may be, so I decided to do a little search and see what I could find. I found neon signs!! I love it!
The Balmoral - Hastings Street, Vancouver.
Here's a little something I found written about The Balmoral...apparently its got a pretty happening bar! lol!

The Empress. This is where War Colleger's have been residing for the past few years. We will be expanding this year and moving some folk into the Balmoral and another slum hotel called The Shaldon(I couldn't find anything on it!). 
Have a good look and start praying for the people who already occupy many of these rooms. As well as those who will be..."movin' on up - to the eastside! To a DEluxe apartment in the sky!"
